Refund & Return Policy

1. Can I cancel my order after I’ve made a purchase?

If you change your mind within 24 hours, please email us at [email protected] We cannot guarantee to cancel your order after this 24 hours window.


2. Damages or Incorrect Orders

We will make it up to you! If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, don’t worry! Simply take a photo and email us at [email protected] and we will send you a replacement order or store credits for future use. We always try our best to inspect the quality of the product before shipping it out to you. However, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products that fail to meet your expectations if they’re not defective.


3. Return & Refund 

If you change your mind about the items you have purchased from us or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • The item returns to us in its original packaging.
  • The item returns back to us within 30 days upon receipt.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

For refund, the purchase price excluding delivery charges, discounts, cancellation fees, and credit card processing fees will be refunded to you using the original payment method. Please note that 5% of cancellation fees and credit card processing fees will be charged for the refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are sorry that the following category and collections are not eligible for return due to wrong sizing unless there is a defect. If you are not sure about the size, feel free to contact us and we will guide you to choosing the best possible size for you.

  • Bedding Sets (Including Duvet Covers)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All custom-made and personalized products are also non-returnable.


4. Order Delayed

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at [email protected] We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
